About Us
Our Story
Alex is an approved Facilitator of TheHorseCourse. After recieving her Parelli Level 1 pack she was hooked and passed her Level 1 at 13, she has worked through the levels achieving 4++. Alex has been teaching horsemanship all over the world and has learnt a lot from living in different culture and meeting many characters along the way. She became more interested in Equine Assisted Learning during her time in Costa Rica after seeing the changes a school group made when learning about Natural Horsemanhip principles. During lockdown Alex completed Level 2 Psycotherapy and Counselling along with a Diploma in Equine Psycology and behviour, achieving a distinction. Since then she has worked in Jamaica and North America as an Instructor, Horse Trainer and most recently as an Equine Assisted Learning Facillitator. Last year Alex completed her shadowing with TheHorseCourse and is now a fully certified practitioner of the 'ReStart' method. Learn more about the 'ReStart' method by clicking the button below.
The Herd
Boo Boo

Boo Boo has been doing ReStart Courses since April 2023. He is a sensitive pony who is confident with people and likes to make friends. He helps teach people calmness and to communicate clearly, but with patience as he likes a little time to think and process instructions. He can get tense if people are too quick with him. He’s very fond of his food, and will always grab a snack if he sees an opportunity!
Pumpkin

Pumpkin came to Full Circle Horsemanship in May 2025. She is a rescue pony. Even though she looks like a baby herself,
she is already a mum! She is so cute she is sure to be a firm favourite with participants.
She is kind and curious but gets distracted easily so participants will need to redirect her focus and keep her busy. She is gaining in confidence and when she feels
more settled she is likely to have some opinions of her own! She can be startled by quick movements and needs you to be friendly but clear.
Toffee
Breed: Welsh Section C Height: 13.3hh Born: 2013 Sex: Mare Colour: Bay
Toffee has been delivering ReStarts since October 2021, Toffee is a rescue pony from World Horse Welfare. She’s a kind and sensitive horse who tries hard to please. Toffee can be unconfident if she’s not sure she’s doing the right thing
but responds well to calm, clear leadership. She doesn’t like too many instructions at once or people to be too quick and abrupt with their energy and has been invaluable in teaching participants to notice how their
actions impact on others.
Roo
Breed: Thoroughbred Height: 16.3hh Born: 2017 Sex: Gelding Colour: Bay
Roo is a retired racehorse, he is a sweet and caring horse who is really enjoying learning Natural Horsemanship, ground games and particually Liberty work! He loves jumping and going out in the woods. But one of his favourite things to do is push a ball or a barrel. His best friend is BooBoo and you will often see them grooming eachother. Roo is not used for ReStarts at the moment.
